Solid Filipino spot! My family is usually hella picky when it comes to Filipino food but this place has yet to disappoint! My mom even requests it when she doesn't feel like cooking, specifically for the adobo omelette plate (like Hawaii)! Our go to's also include: the fried chicken skin lechon kawali their spaghetti is also the most similar I've had to my family's recipe where it isn't overly sweet! & I wish I could remember all the ube desserts we've tried but I'll say those didn't disappoint either! I actually found the restaurant because family from Hawaii visited me and didn't want to show up to my house empty handed & found this spot nearby! Only con was there are some limited hours and pick up only.

I don't know if I have the words to say how good Alda's is! Speechless. We were going specifically for the sisig, 500/10 by the way... & upon arrival we noticed they have a ton of ube baked goods. We LOVE ube lol. Everything was 10/10. My favorite so far is the ube cassava cake. Order online/take out only & everything is made fresh! The staff is extremely nice. All around rating this as my fav Filipino spot in the Pittsburg/Antioch area. Cannot wait to go back & try more!

Needed some coffee and wanted something other than Starbucks. So I got the Ube Sweet Creme Cold Brew again. This is probably my favorite cold brew in the area. Also decided to try their Halo Halo Cheesecake. It was good!

Food is always amazing, especially the Filipino meatloaf. Car battery died for some unknown reason right when we were gonna go pick up our dinner. Called the restaurant to let them know we'll be very late, and the staff went above and beyond to help us get food on our table. Thank you so much!!! We are customers for life!!

It only took 34 years of my life for there to be a Filipino spot that could rightfully deliver the culture to the P. With a huge group of Filipinos in the area and a market for it with the black and brown folks alike, it's about damn time! The spot takes orders online or through a window out front and food is prepared in about 25 minutes. Fresh, sizzling, and delicious. Plus pinays always have great customer service. Chicken bites with furikake is , 'ono grinds! Get it spicy. It has the right balance of savory and spice. Lechon Kawali is flavorful and juicy but not overly oily; exactly how it is meant to be. The sisig (spicy) was delicious. The calamansi juice stands out with the peppers adding a good punch. The meat chunks are well prepared grilled, less crispy than other meat choices but still well done! Ube sweet crème cold brew has me wired. It was better than your average sweet crème from Starbucks because of ube's mellow and nutty flavor. Overall everything was delicious and I'm excited to have a Filipino cuisine option available to spread the culture! Ang Sarap!
